Fort Necessity National Battlefield

The battle at Fort Necessity National Battlefield was the opening action of the French and Indian War. The Fort offers themes: George Washington and the French and Indian War, Mount Washington Tavern and the National Rd.

Fort Roberdeau Historic Site

Fort Roberdeau features a reconstructed Revolutionary War stockade surrounding six log cabins, as well as an 1858 barn containing exhibits, an education center with hands-on programs, three nature trails, and picnic facilities.
