The Missouri Sports Hall of Fame showcases over 4,000 items of sports memorabilia and interactive exhibits related to Missouri amateur and professional athletics.

The Railroad Historical Museum is located inside 4 connected antique train cars including a Locomotive, a Baggage Car, a Commuter Car, a Caboose. The museum has artifacts, equipment & photos.

Rutledge-Wilson Farm Community Park is a 200+ acre community farm site featuring animals, demonstration gardens, prairie, a milking barn and hands-on programs.

The Springfield Art Museum has 10,000 works of art in the permanent collection that documents the cultural heritage of the people of southwest Missouri as well as national and worldwide art.

The Springfield Conservation Nature Center, a 80-acre slice of the Ozarks outdoors. Enjoy trails, bird watching at the viewing blind, guided nature tours and exhibits on conservation.

The Springfield-Greene County Botanical Center is on 114-acre site and has themed gardens, an arboretum, a Japanese Stroll Garden, a Butterfly House, a Play Trail, a tram service and a Farmstead.
