Family Publications’ mission is to provide up-to-date, comprehensive information on enrichment, entertainment, PLUS educational and recreational field trips in an easy-to-use format. We believe in the value and importance of field trips to young people as a unique type of learning that opens many windows to new educational and enriching experiences …creating a new generation that will:

• Value and support the arts.

Field Trip Directory

A 312-page print annual directory of day, overnight and travel trips for school, camp, scout, homeschool and youth groups, with over 500 types of trips to select from. Listings are coded by grade level, curriculum subject and activities that support state learning standards and scout merit badge achievements. Complimentary copies are mailed to every public, private and religious school, camps, scout councils, recreation centers, religious youth groups and homeschool associations in NY, NJ, CT and PA.

An online directory of day, overnight and travel trips for school, camp, scout, homeschool and youth groups, for grades PreK through College, with over 500 types of trips to select from. There are separate selections on information on programs/activities unique for school, camp, scout and homeschool groups. Listings are coded by grade level, curriculum subject and activities that support state learning standards and scout merit badge achievements. Users can search for trips by keywords, state/city, distance and activity/subject.

We have added a new section for Virtual Field Trips on FieldTripDirectory.com so that students can experience the fun and enrichment of field trips from the safety of their home computer. Assign a virtual field trip with a follow-up assignment or discussion.
