Heritage Hill State Historical Park, is a 56-acre open-air museum. Students, scout and youth groups will journey to the past where they can make connections to their present! Experience daily life in Wisconsin from the 17^th – 20^th centuries with knowledgeable historical interpreters and hands-on, inquiry-based learning.

At the History Museum, we continually seek to inspire people to discover and appreciate the rich history of the Fox Valley through exhibition, education, and collections.

Kenosha History Center collects and preserves Kenosha County’s history from the 1850s to the late 20th century. The Southport Light Station Museum consists of the 1866 Southport lighthouse and the 1867 Lighthouse Keeper’s residence is part of the fourth gallery space of the Kenosha History

The Kenosha Public Museum is a natural sciences and fine and decorative arts museum. Exhibitions feature mammoths, world cultures, Native Americans, zoology, geology, fossils, and fine and decorative arts. Visitors explore the fascinating intersections of art and science.

The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, formerly known as the Madison Art Center, is dedicated to exhibiting, collecting, and preserving modern and contemporary art including drawings, prints, and photographs to large-scale sculptures, paintings, and installations.

The Milwaukee Art Museum collects and preserves art as a vital source of inspiration and education. 30,000 works of art. The 341,000-square-foot Museum includes the War Memorial Center (1957), the Kahler Building (1975) and the Quadracci Pavilion (2001).

The Milwaukee County Zoo houses 3,100 animals from 350 species including mammals, birds, fish, amphibians, and reptiles and covers an area of 190 acres. The Zoo the serves as a resource to educate, entertain, and inspire.

The Madison Metropolitan School District Planetarium (MMSD Planetarium) brings out-of-this-world concepts down to Earth. The planetarium is a field trip destination for explorers of all ages.
