US Holocaust Memorial Museum

US Marine Corps War Memorial

The US Marine Corps War Memorial was inspired by iconic war photograph by Joe Rosenthal which features five Marines and one Navy corpsman raising the second flag on Mount Suribachi in Iwo Jima.

Washington Monument

The Washington Monument honors and memorializes George Washington at the center of the nation’s capital.  During the tour, a park ranger will provide commentary on the express ascent to the top floor 500 feet above the ground.
