Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts houses a 500 seat theater–the stage for concerts, ballets, musicals, dramatic works, symphony performances, films, children’s plays, lectures and so much more.

Tour the Supreme Court of Virginia, directly across from the Virginia Capitol building, and see the main courtroom, lectures, a visitor film, and exhibits. Oral arguments are open to the public.

At Surry Nuclear Information Center, visitors can find out how a nuclear power station works. See models of a nuclear reactor and the containment structure. Generate your own electricity using muscle power.

The T.C. Williams Planetarium is committed to high quality astronomy and space science education services and provides outreach programs to students, families, and the community.

The Museum offers eleven galleries as part of the Fralin Center for American Art and originates 15-20 exhibitions per year. Notice the design of the museum by Randall Stout, that reflects the naturalistic elements of the Roanoke region.

The Clifton Institute for ecology, education, and the environment features a beautiful 900-acre field station with a diverse community of native plants and animals.

The Living Earth School is a nature-based educational organization, located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of central Virginia in the Charlottesville area.

Named for The Alexandria Lyceum, the The Lyceum: Alexandria’s History Museum has served as a Civil War Hospital, office building, and the nation’s first Bicentennial Center. Today, the Museum offers exhibitions and public programs.

Visit The National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial dedicated to the lives that were lost at the Pentagon during the attacks that occurred on September 11th, 2001.

Three Lakes Park & Nature Center is a science center with a 50,000 gallon aquarium and exhibits on plant and animal life. Three Lakes Park and Nature Center bring together the three worlds of air, water, and land to explore.

Torpedo Factory Art Center houses a collection of working artist studios. Types of art include ceramics, paintings, photographs, jewelry, sculptures, stained glass, printmaking, and more.

University of Richmond Museums are comprised of the Joel and Lila Harnett Museum of Art, Lora Robins Gallery of Design from Nature, and the Joel and Lila Harnett Print Study Center.
