The Birds of Vermont Museum is A delightful place where visitors can learn about birds and their roles in Earth’s ecosystems. The Museum features over 500 carved wooden birds, representing 259 species in their natural habitats

The Ed Weed Fish Culture Station is the largest station operated by the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department. The station raises brown, rainbow, and lake trout as well as steelhead, landlocked Atlantic salmon, and walleye.

The Ethan Allen Homestead, historic home of Vermont’s founder, offers spectacular scenery, riverside picnic areas, and a genuine slice of 18th-century life.

The 250-acre Green Mountain Audubon Center offers outstanding opportunities for exploration and discovery of the natural world of Vermont.

The family owned and operated Green Mountain Railroad runs seasonal excursions and dinner trains. The train travels along the Connecticut and Williams Rivers with views of Brockway Mills George and two historic Vermont covered bridges.

This Henry Sheldon Museum includes exhibits on the region’s settlement including industry, natural resources, furniture, and art; the research center; and a varied exhibition of historical and artistic works including quilts, paintings & photos.

Lots-O-Balls Mini-Golf is a seasonal 18 hole championship miniature golf course nestled high in the hills of Duxbury, VT. It’s affordable and fun for kids of all ages, offering birthday parties, private parties and special events!

Lotus Lake Discovery Center sits on more than 300 acres of diverse habitat surrounding Lotus Lake. The Center offers fall, winter, and spring programs that incorporate games, initiative, trust building activities, survival skills, and a low-ropes course.

The Montshire Museum of Science is a science center with over 150 exhibits relating to the natural and physical sciences, ecology, and technology.

Outdoor Classroom gives students the opportunity to break out from the constraints of the walls of a school and learn from the world first hand.

Located in Windsor, the Path of Life Garden is a crafted landscape where visitors can experience the story of the great circle of life through sculptures of varying sizes and materials.

Riley Rink at Hunter Park is a premier civic center that provides quality athletic experiences for children, teens, adults and families. Riley Rink features the area’s only Olympic-sized ice skating rink, a fully stocked skate rental and retail shop.
