Ensemble Theatre is an artistic cornerstone of Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine historic district. The theater offers student matinees that coincide with the National Core Arts Standards.

Greater Cleveland Aquarium is known for its child’s eye-level exhibits, 360-degree views and immersive theming. The Aquarium’s seven galleries are home to 1,400+ animals representing 250 fresh and saltwater species, two touchpools and 175-foot shark seatube.

The 90 acres of Hale Farm & Village, a living history museum depicting life in the 19th century through agricultural practices, historic buildings and everyday craft and trade demonstrations such as glassblowing, pottery, spinning and weaving, and more.

The Hartman Rock Garden offers self-directed Kids Tour, which engages each child’s creative spirit and sense of wonder in an exploration of our visionary art environment. On the tour, children search for art objects based on shape, hunt for hidden symbols, and then sketch and write about what they find.

Through exhibits and programs, the international Peace Museum’s aim is to spark conversations around human rights, social justice, and nonviolence. The museum highlights peace as both an outcome and an ongoing process of justice, respect, and understanding.

James A. Garfield National Historic Site preserves the Lawnfield estate of James A. Garfield, the 20th president of the United States, and includes the first presidential library established in the United States. Professional artists guide innovative visual arts experiences that encourage imagination, cultural awareness, collaboration, and an appreciation for the creative process through curriculum-focused projects tailored to educational themes.
