The Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum is affiliated with the Ohio State University library system. It houses the world’s largest collection of materials related to cartoons and comics, including original art, books, magazines, journals, comic books, and newspaper comic strip pages and clippings.

The Blue Water Majesty Museum is a museum of model ships constructed by master carver Larry Pulka. These models are exact replicas of 18th century sailing ships, complete with deck nails and rigging just as it would have appeared over 200 years ago.

Boonshoft Museum of Discovery is a science and natural history museum featuring STEM exhibits, live animals, a planetarium, and regional history collections exploring science, ecology, astronomy, and innovation. It is part of the Dayton Society of Natural History.

Buckeye Imagination Museum is a hands-on, play-based children’s museum including mini stores, a water table, a building zone & a train room.

Come face-to-face with a premier collection of American art that spans the past 300 years. Tours at the Butler traverse American history through the work of the nation’s renowned artists.

Carillon Historical Park is a 65-acre park and museum, which contains historic buildings and exhibits concerning the history of technology, innovation, industry and invention as well as the history of Dayton. The exhibit centers on: John H. Patterson, Orville and Wilbur Wright, Charles F. Kettering, and Col. Edward A. Deeds.

The Children’s Museum Cleveland has hands-on exhibits for learning and fun that include Adventure City, Wonders of Water, Imaginative Theater, Miniatures, Meadows, Musical Experiences Playlist and Art Experiences.

The Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati, also known as the Cincinnati Fire Museum, preserves and exhibits Greater Cincinnati, Ohio’s firefighting artifacts and honors firefighters, both past and present. Over 200 years of firefighting history is on display in the Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati.

The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden is the sixth-oldest zoo in the United States. The zoo houses over 500 animals and 3,000 plant species. Offers In-person and Virtual Botanical Gardens and Zoo Field Trips.
