The Toledo History Museum preserves the physical artifacts of Toledo’s history which is exhibited to highlight and present the large and rich tapestry of Toledo’s story. Industrial history plays a large part of Toledo’s story, but THM also showcases social, cultural, and ethnic parts of the city’s past.

The Toledo Museum of Art is an internationally known art museum that houses a collection of more than 30,000 objects. With 45 galleries, it covers 280,000 square feet and is currently in the midst of a massive multiyear expansion plan to its 40-acre campus.

Toledo Police Museum traces the history of the local police department and strives to display the history of “Toledo’s Finest” through the collection of artifacts, interactive displays and virtual library.

Weathervane is a community-based theater with exceptional educational programming. Live, student matinee performances will challenge your class with interesting and relevant issues.

Wegerzyn Gardens has 10 formal gardens, the nature trails & the Swamp Forest boardwalk. The Children’s Discovery Garden which includes a preschool area, two ponds, individual garden plots, a wildlife area, and perennial and rock gardens.

Located in the 65-acre open-air Carillon Historical Park, the Wright Brothers National Museum houses the world’s most extensive collection of Wright family artifacts. It is the only place in the world where you can view the 1905 Wright Flyer III—the first practical flying machine and the only aircraft designated a National Historic Landmark
