The Black Heritage Museum and Multicultural Center is the only library or museum in the world awarded the Smithsonian’s Black Wings exhibit which features African American Aviators from early pioneers, to the esteemed WWII Red Tails-Tuskegee Airmen, and up to the Space Shuttle Program.

The 1908 engine house, now the Central Ohio Fire Museum & Learning Center offers firefighting history exhibits & fire safety education programs for all ages.

At the The Children’s Museum, visitors discover hands-on fun in our eight educational and themed play areas. We encourage kids to climb, crawl, explore and learn about themselves and the world around them.

The Cincinnati History Museum is an urban history museum. The museum features the recreated Cincinnati Public Landing from the mid-1860s and an exhibit covering Cincinnati’s role in World War II.

At the Sculpture Center, experience year-round contemporary sculpture exhibitions and installations in a historic art space in Cleveland’s University Circle, the country’s “Best Arts District.”

At the Toledo Zoo & Aquarium, experience up-close encounters with over 16,000+ animals representing 680+ species! In an effort to save endangered wildlife, we participate in more than 80 Species Survival Plans.

The Wilderness Center educates people of all ages to inspire a love of nature, and conserves natural lands for the health and benefit of the community. It includes an interpretive building, astronomy education building, an observation tower, pier and picnic shelters.

Toledo Botanical Garden encompasses 60 acres with an Inclusive Garden that is accessible, sensory experience of sights, sounds, tastes and textures. Visitors can use the link on a cell phone to use the Plant Collection Map to find the exact location of a species or variety of plant throughout the Garden.

This working fire station from the 1920s houses a vast collection of vintage equipment, uniforms and antique fire toys. The Museum offers kid-friendly guided tours to learn about the history of fire fighting in Toledo and fire safety.

The Toledo History Museum preserves the physical artifacts of Toledo’s history which is exhibited to highlight and present the large and rich tapestry of Toledo’s story. Industrial history plays a large part of Toledo’s story, but THM also showcases social, cultural, and ethnic parts of the city’s past.

The Toledo Museum of Art is an internationally known art museum that houses a collection of more than 30,000 objects. With 45 galleries, it covers 280,000 square feet and is currently in the midst of a massive multiyear expansion plan to its 40-acre campus.

Toledo Police Museum traces the history of the local police department and strives to display the history of “Toledo’s Finest” through the collection of artifacts, interactive displays and virtual library.
