The Institute of Contemporary Art exhibits contemporary art in a variety of medias, including visual arts, performance, film, video, and literature as well as educational programming that encourage appreciation for contemporary culture.

The International Volleyball Hall of Fame provides the opportunity to bring people from different cultures and different parts of the world together to celebrate the sport.

Ioka Valley Farm, a working farm, includes animals, a sugar house that produces maple syrup, seasonal pumpkin and Christmas tree picking, and more.

The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum celebrates European, Asian and American art, including paintings, sculptures and tapestries from world-renowned artists such as Manet, Degas and Rembrandt.

Visitors come to the Berkshires to watch exciting dance performances, enjoy pre-show talks with the performers, and to take guided tours of exhibits that tell the story of Jacob’s Pillow Dance.

Visit the historic John Adams Courthouse, headquarters of the Massachusetts judicial branch. the John Adams Courthouse houses the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the Social Law Library.

The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum is dedicated to the memory of our nation’s thirty-fifth president.

Overlooking the Merrimack River and near the entrance to Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, the Joppa Flats Education Center offers unique educational opportunities for visitors of all ages.

Located on the shoreline of Nantucket Harbor, the Maria Mitchell Aquarium displays local Nantucket species and is an excellent place to learn about the amazing sea life around the island.

Located on the peninsula at historic East Point in Nahant, the Marine Science Center is the marine research and educational facility of Northeastern University.

Mass Audubon protects 37,000 acres of land throughout Massachusetts, saving birds and other wildlife, and making nature accessible to all. Their misson is protecting the state’s natural treasures for wildlife and for all people. 

The facilities at MASS MoCA allow it to feature all forms of art including music, sculpture, dance, film, painting, photography, theater, as well as new genres that defy easy classification.
