At the Forest Resource Education Center maintains eight miles of trails for self-guided learning, visitors can explore outdoor learning stations, forest ecology, forest products, swamp life, and more.

A 33-acre cliff top park on the Palisades, the Fort Lee Historic Park features a Visitor Center and a reconstructed Revolutionary War encampment. These facilities are used in the park’s history programs and reenactments.

Originally the Frelinghuysen family’s 127-acre summerhouse, the Arboretum is now a center for horticulture and educational programs. Explore the many natural trails, indoor exhibits, and gardens. 

Frontline Arts creates community through the arts of papermaking and printmaking. By working with and connecting local artists, Frontline Arts is able to offer exhibition space, workshops, and residencies.

Visit the boyhood home of Grover Cleveland! Known as the Manse, the Grover Cleveland Birthplace is the only house museum that interprets the life of the 22nd and 24th president.

Built in 1734, the Hancock House is a stunning example of English Quaker architecture with its patterned brick walls, pent-roof, and interior paneling. The house was notable during the Revolutionary War.

Nutrition education is a hot topic in schools, and HealthBarn USA’s hands-on, one-of-kind field trip is a must-do! Located in Ridgewood, New Jersey, HealthBarn encourages school, scout, and youth groups to live strong, energetic, and healthy lives.

The Hunterdon Art Museum features contemporary art exhibits that focus on modern and conceptual themes, design, and mixed media.

Jockey Hollow is the site of the Continental Army’s winter encampment of 1779-80. The land served Washington’s men as they chopped down over 600 acres of trees for heat and shelter.
