Los Angeles County Museum of Art has a collection of more than 147,000 objects that illuminate 6,000 years of artistic expression across the globe.

Experience the fun and lore of railroading at Los Angeles Live Steamers Railroad Museum that educates the public in railroad history and show live steam, gas-mechanical and electric railroad technology in actual operation.

The Los Angeles  Zoo has more than 2,200 mammals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles representing more than 270 different species. The Zoo’s botanical collection has over 800 different plant species.

The Natural History Museum of Los Angles County is the largest natural and cultural history collection in the western United States and also explores the nature and culture that surrounds both in L.A. and the world.

The OC Zoo is nestled among the majestic 477 acre wilderness park and focuses on animals and plants native to the southwestern United States. Many of our animals are injured and orphaned.

Placerita Nature Center is located in an east-west running canyon featuring cool, shaded oak groves, a willow and sycamore-lined seasonal stream and numerous other interesting plant and animal communities. Learn about their animal and plant life.

Glendale Community College is an all digital Planetarium! While the Glendale Community College’s planetarium is closed, the stars still shine brightly.  So please join us as we live stream a telescopic view of some astronomical wonders during GCC’s virtual field trips.

The Roundhouse Aquarium connects and engages visitors to the oceans through hands-on interactive experiences with marine life and habitats of southern California. Promotes the study of the oceans, tidelands and beaches of Southern California

At the Shipley Nature Center, students will explore the nature center and learn about natural science and/or local Native American culture. Tours  include birding, butterfly and hummingbird gardens, walking trails, and interpretive center.

Southern California Children’s Museum is focused on quality early childhood education. The children’s museum is small and growing. Offers an in-person and virtual field trips. Virtual programs offer activities and videos that take young learners on a learning journey.

SuihoEn, The Japanese Garden’s education component consists of teaching about reclaimed water and its uses as well as Japanese symbolism and culture.  We have docent-led as well as self-guided tours available.

The Institute of Contemporary Art is a contemporary art museum. It is an independent and non-collecting art museum that exhibits the work of local, national, and international contemporary artists.
