They discover how ingredients react, how measurements impact outcomes, and how consistency and timing are key in dough making and kitchen operations. This hands-on experience connects classroom STEM concepts to real-world restaurant applications in a fun and engaging way.

Business Economics : Students gain a behind-the-scenes look at how a real restaurant operates, learning basic business and economics concepts such as supply and demand, customer service, teamwork, and how daily decisions impact a business.

Bake @ Home: Is an easy and flexible way to raise money for your group. This can be run as a stand-alone fundraiser or paired with other events to maximize results.
