ABOUT

Northeast Texas Children’s Museum

The Northeast Texas Children’s Museum provides opportunities for a creative learning experience with over 35 hands on indoor and outdoor exhibits and planned activities. The Northeast Texas Children’s Museum welcomes school Field Trips during the school year (September 1 to May 31). Depending on the grade and number of children, two to four five-minute science-based lessons or “shows” (including gas, water friction, magnets, lung/heart health, farm, wind, and bubbles) are taught before students play in a section of the museum. Students will rotate through the museum, allowing them to play in each section after the lesson.
