The Energy & Environmental Resource Center

The Energy & Environmental Resource Center features interactive exhibits on solar, wind, and nuclear power, as well as climate change. Programs focus on the generation of electricity, with emphasis on atoms, circuits, safety, nuclear energy, fission, fuel, and radiation. Activities allow groups to examine greenhouse gases, explore the wet lab, find sources of pollution through soil analysis, and ask questions about the nuclear workforce. The center also offers badge programs on Saturdays for BSA and Girl Scout groups, including Nuclear Science and Bright Ideas.
