The Hahn Horticulture Garden encompasses nearly six acres of teaching and display gardens on the campus of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Visitors learn about plants, landscaping concepts, and environmental awareness.

Hampton Arts comprises the American Theatre and Charles H. Taylor Visual Arts Center. Get a behind-the-scenes experience of theater and art. Virtual activities are available.

The Hampton History Museum focuses on the history of Hampton. Exhibits feature Native American clothing, Civil War photos, artifacts of the seafood industry, and more.

Hampton University Museum is the oldest African American museum in the United States. With over 9,000 art objects representing various cultures around the world, the museum offers groups a varied cultural fine art experience.

Take a ride on Hatton Ferry, the last pole ferry, across the James River, home to the early English settlers. Learn about the past 140 years of history of the settlers and the commercial ventures of that period.

Hickory Ridge Farm, on 18 acres, visitors can pick-your-own year round. 3 acres of strawberries in May, Summer produce from June-August, and pumpkins in the Fall.

The Hidden Oaks Nature Center has woodland trails and creeks, a gardens and a nearby playground. The Center include live animals and a Urban Woodlands interactive exhibit.

Historic Blenheim is significant for the more than 120 signatures, thoughts, and poetry left on the house walls by Union soldiers during their occupation of the Fairfax.

Make history come alive by bringing your class to Historic Christ Church & Museum, where students explore life in colonial Virginia. Step back in time with these engaging, hands-on programs.

Visit over 500 acres of farmland at Historic Greenbrier Farms. Historic Greenbrier’s animal farm featured pigs, chickens, rabbits, ducks, goats, and more for feeding and petting. Take a nature themed tour, go on a Pony Ride, enjoy a hayride and have fun at the obstacle courses and play area.

Step on the very ground where America began in Historic Jamestowne. Visitors can explore the James Fort site with experienced archaeologists, park rangers, and educators who help bring the past to life.

By walking in the footsteps of George Washington and his family, as well as the Native Americans, enslaved communities, Civil War soldiers. visitors will learn about the people and ideas that shaped the American spirit.
