The galleries at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts feature works that encourage groups to observe, ponder, discuss, and appreciate art. Groups will see paintings, sculptures, mixed media, and more.

The Anthracite Heritage Museum tells the story of hard coal mining, its related industries, and the immigrant culture of northeastern Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania Ballet is a premier ballet company offering performances at the Academy of Music and also at the Merriam Theater, both located within walking distance of one another. Performances will dazzle, bewitch, and amaze your group. Outreach programs are available.

Pennsylvania Hospital founded 25 years before the start of the American Revolution. Tour the hospital’s and the Physic Garden, which contains medicinal plants that were used in the 18th century.

Visit the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg for a tour of the Main Rotunda, Senate Chamber, House of Representatives, Governor’s Reception, and Supreme Court.

The Pennsylvania Youth Theatre educates, enriches, and entertains youth through live theatre. Students of the theatre are cast in professionally produced musicals throughout the year.  

Pennypacker Mills is an unusually well documented historic site where you can see what it was like to live in the early 1900s. Activities throughout the year include guided tours, exhibits, nature walks and hands-on activities.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art has over 200 galleries with works of fine and applied art that span from antiquity to the present. We offer in-person and virtual field trips.

Take in a performance by the Philadelphia Orchestra, one of the preeminent orchestras in the world. The orchestra serves the communities of Philadelphia and beyond through musical performances, encouraging music-making, and improving the quality of life.

Philadelphia Zoo is home to nearly 1,300 animals, many rare and endangered. Philadelphia Zoo’s 42 acre campus is filled with a variety of animal exhibits.

Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens’ changing exhibits at Phipps create new environments featuring glass art, historic art, unique artists, and themes.

Pittsburgh Botanic Garden inspires visitors to value plants, garden design and the natural world by cultivating plant collections of the Allegheny Plateau and temperate regions.
