THE HUDSON VALLEY REGION encompasses DUTCHESS, ORANGE, PUTNAM, ROCKLAND, SULLIVAN, ULSTER & WESTCHESTER COUNTIES. It is a National Heritage Area that has inspired painters, poets, essayists, and novelists for centuries. It is home to the Forever Wild Catskill Park and the oldest continuous settlement in the nation. It is a region as diverse, as wild, as sophisticated, and as welcoming as any in the world.

Trailside Nature Museum

The Trailside Nature Museum is home to a large collection of mounted animals, American Indian artifacts, educational exhibits, child-friendly interactive displays, and nature-oriented artwork.

Trevor Zoo

Established in 1936 at Millbrook School, Trevor Zoo is the only zoo in this country that is located at a high school. It houses more than 180 exotic and indigenous animals.
