The Museum of Aviation includes four large exhibit buildings which house some of the 85 historic U.S. Air Force aircraft, missiles, cockpits and exhibits as well as history and STEM field trips.

The Museum of Design Atlanta focus is the understanding and appreciation of design as the convergence of creativity and functionality through exhibitions and education.

Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary offers educational tours of its 1500 exotic animals, wildlife, and domestic animals, in their habitats made to imitate their natural environments.

The Oatland Island Wildlife Center of Savannah helps visitors make stronger connections to the natural world thru exhibits & activities.

Old Fort Jackson has guarded the city since fort construction was first completed in 1808. This National Historic Landmark has seen Savannah through several historic conflicts, including the War of 1812 and the American Civil War.

At  Ottawa Farms learn about the crops and farm animals. In the fall pick pumpkins and explore the corn maze. In the Spring, pick strawberries, followed by blueberries.

Piedmont Park is one of the largest venues for outdoor learning experiences in the City of Atlanta, offering hands-on experiences focused on STEM-based topics and experiential learning.

The Pin Point Heritage Museum tells the story of the Pin Point community founded in 1890 by freed slaves. Museum features exhibit panels on the history, religion, music, language, traditions, and community of the Gullah/Geechee culture.

Ralph Mark Gilbert Civil Rights Museum shares the civil rights battle the African American communities in Georgia endured. There are 3 floors of photographic, interactive exhibits to give visitors a glimpse into struggles of the past.

The Robert C. Williams Museum of Papermaking melds art, history, technology and industry from historical and global perspectives from the earliest examples of writing materials to the high-tech machinery of today’s modern paper industry.

The Rollins Planetarium features a GOTO Chronos Space Simulator star projector to project a realistic and beautiful starry sky. The Planetarium offers public shows and educational opportunities for youth groups and families.

The Savannah Children’s Theatre’s mission is to inspire, educate, and entertain children and families through the experience of live theatre, both on and off the stage.
