Local-history museum occupying a restored firehouse, with exhibits and educational programs that foster the education and appreciation of history in our mountain communities for future generations.

The museum encompasses 17 interactive exhibits that simulate a small interconnected city. It is designed for children to learn how the real world works while engaging their curiosities and imaginations.

This scenic preserve nestled within an urban area has been established to provide visitors an opportunity to learn about the animals, plants, & the region. It offers programs on a range of topics led by experienced education staff.

The Riverside Art Museum’s exhibits focus on a mix of solo, group, and permanent collection exhibits featuring traditional and contemporary/modern art.

RAFFMA’s permanent collections includes a world-class collection of about 200 Ancient Egyptian artifacts, a smaller selection of Italian pottery and Asian ceramics, African art and contemporary art. Rotating shows feature artists from throughout the region and country.

Educational exhibits on local culture & natural science, plus cactus gardens & a live-animal center. It’s Exploration Station: A STEAM Lab for Kids. A space to engage in hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math activities.

The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture is part of the larger Riverside Art Museum. The center is focused on the exhibition and study of Chicano art from across the United States.

At the San Bernardino Valley College. their Planetarium is where students, curious types and the community come to learn about our planet, the Solar System and the stars.

The Wildlands Conservancy Outdoor Discovery program offers hands-on learning experiences that focus of science, technology, engineering, art, math STEAM. Offered at multiple locations throughout Southern California.
