Travel Town Museum

The Travel Town Museum Foundation offers guided instructional tours led by a knowledgeable docent which includes a ticket to ride on the miniature train that encircles the museum grounds.

UCLA Planetarium

USS Hornet - Sea, Air and Space Museum

The USS Hornet Museum is a museum ship, located on the southernmost pier of the former Naval Air Station Alameda. Their guided tours highlights USS Hornet’s history, NASA’s Apollo missions and STEM programs with new vocabulary and concepts.

USS Pampanito

The USS Pampanito (SS-383) is a restored World War II diesel-electric powered submarine. Located at Historic Pier 45, in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf, Pampanito is both a museum and a memorial to those who served in the “silent service.”
