Programs for every grade level are designed to meet in-person and virtual classroom needs through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. All outreach programs are available to schools within a thirty-mile radius. Free to schools in Davidson County. Schools with demonstrated need may apply for Arts and Access Subsidy to receive a reduced rate or full waiver of fees. 10 student minimum is required.

SCOUT GROUP FIELD TRIPS
Scout troops may self-guide through the Museum or request a guided tour. Guided tours may be arranged for troops with ten or more scouts, pending availability. Scouts are encouraged to participate in an educational program as part of their visit. Interactive youth and family programs take place in the Taylor Swift Education Center most weekends. Scout troops (minimum of 10 youth participants) are also able to book a private program. Program offerings include songwriting, art-making, and music-making programs.

Camp groups may self-guide through the Museum or request a guided tour. Guided tours may be arranged for camp roups with ten or more campers, pending availability. Camp groups are encouraged to participate in an educational program as part of their visit. Camp groups (minimum of 10 youth participants) are also able to book a private program. HOMESCHOOL STUDENT GROUP FIELD TRIPS
Offered once a month, Homeschool Days provide interactive, engaging educational programs based on themes relevant to our one-of-a-kind collection. All programs are led by Museum staff and volunteers who facilitate unique experiences designed specifically for homeschool students. Advanced registration required to participate. Each program costs $5 per student for non-Museum members and $3 per student for family-level Museum members. Two caregivers per family are permitted free. A minimum number of students is required for programs to take place. Recommended for ages 8 and up, but all are welcome.

From banjo classes to making leather crafts, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum offers a wide range of fun and interactive programs for the whole family. Most programs take place in the Taylor Swift Education Center found on the third floor of the Museum. All the programs connect to the Museum galleries and exhibitions.
