Schools can develop their own personalized retreats and schedules using all of the activities and opportunities provided by Epworth By The Sea and the Golden Isles for day outings or overnight trips. This can be used as a time of rest, team building, educational or fun. Our goal is to come alongside schools to help provide an environment where students can explore and learn in coastal Georgia. Explore the nearby Barrier Islands of Cumberland, Sapelo and Jekyll Island.
Highlighted Activities: Team Building through our Low and High Ropes Course (6th-12th grade), Coastal Ecology Classes, Dolphin Boat Tours, Recreational Activities (seasonal pool, tennis, basketball, gaga pit, recreational field), mission opportunities, Moore Methodist Museum and more. Summer Waves water park and Sea Turtle Center located on Jekyll Island.
