The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science is on the go! Outreach with Frost Science brings hands-on learning directly to schools and communities. Each experience inspires the audience to investigate our world and universe through the lens of science.

Frost Science Outreach programs include STEM-focused, NGSSS-aligned curriculum (standards available upon request per grade), all hands-on activities and supplies needed for each program, two specially trained science educators to bring your outreach experience to life.

Enhanced Field Trips provide an opportunity to dive deeper into science with a 45-minute facilitated, hands-on learning experience led by a museum educator. Calling all Girl Scouts! Join the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science for an exclusive evening of educational fun where you can earn two special Frost Science patches for all your hard work. Girl Scouts will have the opportunity to experience the museum exhibitions after dark, along with special programming and a Frost Planetarium show. All activities will be aligned to a specific Girl Scout badge or journey.

FAMILY OUTINGS & PROGRAMS

Opportunities for exploration and discovery abound for learners of all ages at the Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. From the River of Grass exhibition designed for young children, to hands-on family workshops, or science-themed birthday parties, Frost Science offers unforgettable learning experiences for children and families alike.

Mini-Me Science: This is a monthly program at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science designed for you and your little one (ages two to five). You’ll share experiences that engage the senses while promoting exploration and discovery through hands-on activities that are specifically designed for early learners.

Tech Labs: Engage with some of the latest technology while learning how it works, from coding to electrical engineering during Tech Labs at Frost Science. All ages are welcome and every workshop includes take-home technology to help ignite curiosity at home.
