The African American Cultural Center hosts nationally and internationally recognized artists known for capturing various historical and contemporary happenings related to African American and African diaspora cultures.

The Blue Jay Center houses an exhibit hall that explores many environmental and natural resource themes such as water, plants, animals and ecology of the fields, forests and streams of the park. 

Groups will marvel at the beauty, wonder, and athleticism of ballet as they watch the dancers glide across the Carolina Ballet stage. Carolina Ballet offers student matinees on weekday mornings each season.

The City of Raleigh Museum features exhibits on the people, history, and culture of Raleigh. The City of Raleigh Museum is an integral part of the community. As the state capital and as its own municipality, Raleigh has a unique history that is worth recognizing and sharing.

Contemporary Art Museum Raleigh includes contemporary art,  architecture, installation art, and photography. Youth programs include the student docent program, and hands-on programs. 

The Gregg Museum of Art & Design is a collecting museum at North Carolina State University, that features textiles, ceramics, folk art, architectural drawings, furniture, and more.

Historic Oakwood is North Carolina’s largest, intact 19th century residential neighborhood. On a tour Historic Oakwood see 19th and early 20th century Victorian, Queen Anne, and Neoclassical Revival homes.

Immerse yourself in a world of horticulture at NC State University’s JC Raulston Arboretum, known for its varied collection of landscape flora.

Built in 1769, the Joel Lane Museum House is a restored, historic home and museum considered to be the “birthplace of North Carolina’s capital city”.

The goal at Marbles Kids Museum is to inspire imagination, discovery, and learning in young learners. Visitors will enjoy the museum’s exhibits, hands-on activities, STEM and IMAX experiences.
