Youth groups can visit the Tackapausha Museum and Preserve to learn about natural history and the environment. Groups can also partake in activities like nature walks, campfire circles, bird watching, and more.

The American Guitar Museum is a former farmhouse and home to countless musical instruments on display including one of Les Paul’s original Gibson guitars and an 1840 La Cote guitar.

The Theodore Roosevelt Nature Center is on a barrier island beach within Jones Beach State Park. An exhibit area depicts a variety of marine habitats, a touch tank and hands-on activities.

Tilles Center for the Performing Arts at LIU Post in Brookville is Long Island’s premier concert hall has been host to more than 70 performances each season by world-renowned artists in music, theater and dance.
