The New Americans Museum celebrates America’s past and promise, by providing inspiring educational and cultural programs to honor the diverse multigenerational immigrant experiences features immigration exhibits, an oral & visual history studio.

The Old Cactus Garden, in Balboa Park, was developed for the 1935 California Pacific International Exposition. It has some of the largest cactus and succulent specimens in the Park plus exotic African and Australian Protea plants.

Old Town San Diego State Historic Park is an open-air museum about local life in the 1800s, with historic adobe buildings & interpretive performances.

San Diego Air & Space Museum focuses on the past, present, and future of aerospace. Their  hands-on, inquiry-driven programs highlights the creativity and imagination in science, technology, engineering & innovation.

Visit the San Diego Archaeological Center for an unique learning experience. Visits to the Center can range from a simple tour and chat with an archaeologist, to multiple interactive programs.

The San Diego Botanic Garden includes 37 acres in which the garden includes rare bamboo groves, desert gardens, a tropical rainforest, California native plants, Mediterranean climate landscapes, and a subtropical fruit garden.
