Groups can take a field trip to the Water Mill Museum to take a tour of the water-powered grist mill. Youth will learn how corn is ground and about ice harvesting. At the Corwith Windmill, groups can also explore how sails are turned into the wind as well as Long Island history. Exhibits are seasonal but include topics like historic postcards of the mill and the wetland gardens on Mill Creek.
