The Bates College Museum permanent collection holds over 5,000 works of art including modern and contemporary works on paper, photographs, select holdings of pre-modern prints, contemporary Chinese art, pre-Columbian art, African art, and works by Maine artists.

At the Public Theatre will you find the best plays. All student matinees include a Post-show Discussion with the cast and director (or Artistic Director), after each performance. Study Guides are available for teachers.
