The Albany Museum of Art includes an impressive collection of 19th and 20th Century American and European art and houses one of the largest collections of traditional African art in the Southeast.

At the Chehaw Park, view hundreds of animals in their natural environments on the park’s 800-acre campus. Visitors gain insight about how to connect with nature’s creatures and conserve pristine land.

The Flint RiverQuarium interprets the geologic, hydrologic, ecologic, and climactic conditions of the Flint River Basin and educates on the critical importance of our natural resources.

Thronateeska Heritage Center focuses on science and South Georgia’s history with themed exhibits on hydrology, archeology, paleontology and physical science. The Center also houses the Wetherbee Planetarium.
