The Smith Robertson Museum and Cultural Center is dedicated to increasing understanding of the historical experience and cultural expressions of people of African descent thru exhibits & artifacts.

The African American Military History Museum focus is on African American contributions to the United States military. The museum building was originally constructed as a USO Club for African American soldiers.

The Emmett Till Historic Intrepid Center which is also known as the E.T.H.I.C. Museum houses educational information about the past atrocities in hopes to make a brighter future.

The Medgar and Myrlie Evers Home National Monument was the home of African-American civil rights activist Medgar Evers at the time of his assassination. Guided tours by appointment.

TrainTastic Model Railroad Museum has a LEGO(R) model displays, interactive layouts to operate, outdoor garden & themed railroad displays like Jurassic Park and riding trains.

Vicksburg National Military Park preserves the site of the American Civil War Battle of Vicksburg. The Visitors Center offers a movie, exhibits and an orientation to the park. The Park is also the site of the USS Cairo and Museum.
