The John Paul Jones House is named after John Paul Jones, colonial America’s first sea warrior. His house is now the museum of the men, women and children of Portsmouth and where their stories live.

Legends Golf & Family Recreation is New Hampshire’s premiere driving range and state of the art practice facility. The 300 yard driving range boasts 45 practice mats, and 35 grass tees.

The Mariposa Museum & World Culture Center is a hands on teaching museum with a collection of 7,500 artifacts from around the world, located in the center of Peterborough in the historic Baptist Church building.

The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center is an air and space museum with an amazing collection of innovative and interactive exhibits to explore.

At the Meadow Ledge Farm, tours start with a discussion on the flavor of the day, before a tractor ride out to the orchards to pick apples. Then head to view the observation hive, see a cider-making demonstration, and even get a taste of some delicious cider!

Meadowstone Farm tours cater to the needs & interest of the group. Most of the farmers have been teachers in the past and can create specific lesson plans to fit student interests and can put any group to work on the farm.

The Millyard Museum features a permanent exhibit that tells the story of Manchester and the people who have lived and worked within the city, beginning with the native peoples who fished at Amoskeag Falls 11,000 years ago.

Mount Washington Cruises offers trips on Lake Winnipesaukee, taking passengers from Wolfeboro, Meredith, Center Harbor and Alton Bay and Weirs Beach. Winnipesaukee is the largest lake in New Hampshire.

The Mount Washington Valley Children’s Museum provides opportunities for children and their care givers to learn through play, incorporating exploration, creativity and imagination.

Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum connects people of today with 20,000 years of ongoing Native American cultural expression. The Museum embraces cultural diversity and encourages respect for nature.

Located at Franconia State Park, the New England Ski Museum collects, conserves, and exhibits elements of ski history for research, education and inspiration welcoming thousands of visitors each year.

New Hampshire Audubon is dedicated to the conservation of wildlife and habitat throughout the state and has offered programs in wildlife conservation, land protection, environmental policy, and environmental education since 1914.
