The Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge on 858 acres of diverse upland and wetland habitats. The Kettle Pond Visitor Center has life-like habitat dioramas, engaging and fun discovery drawers, and more.

Norman Bird Sanctuary is a wildlife sanctuary and environmental education center with more than 325 acres of diverse habitats and 7 miles of hiking trails. The Sanctuary preserves and protects habitats and provides environmental education.
