Freedom Crossing
At Freedom Crossing: The Underground Railroad of Greater Niagara, students, scouts, homeschoolers, and campers will discover the history of the secret passage that led many slaves to freedom. Located minutes away from Niagara Falls at the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center (NACC), groups can tour the exhibit, which details the history of the slaves that traveled to Canada through the Buffalo Niagara area to escape slavery. The exhibit features historic photographs, documents, art, books, interactive stations, and more. Guided tours and workshops are available.
