Buffalo Zoo

Visit the third oldest zoo in the United States! The Buffalo Zoo boasts 1,000 animals on 23 acres, including mammals, reptiles, birds, amphibians, and animals in a special children’s petting zoo. Groups will see exotic, endangered, and even local wildlife such as polar bears, bison, fish, giraffes, gorillas, elephants, lions, iguanas, sea lions, a blue-and-gold macaw, and many other animals. Students, scouts, homeschoolers, and campers can enjoy a complete wildlife experience with fun tours and educational programs for groups of all ages. Buffalo Zoo also hosts a variety of seasonal events on-site.
