Let Albany’s Indoor Rockgym design a program for your group. Students will receive an introduction to the facility and can enjoy hours of climbing and caving fun, as well as team building activities and games. Groups that are new to climbing will first receive instruction on basic climbing techniques and safety standards, before participating in any activities. Albany’s Indoor Rockgym is an educational facility, not just a ride or a fun house. They will teach your students how to be climbers and have the patience to meet any educational challenge.

Albany’s Indoor Rockgym

Albany’s Indoor Rockgym has been in business since 1994. As the third Rockgym ever to be built in the US, they have been helping climbers of all skill levels improve their skills for decades. Modeled off outdoor climbing, Albany’s Indoor Rockgym features overhangs, floor-to-ceiling cracks, and more! The gym also has the nation’s only indoor caving system, which features a 60-ft. indoor zipline, a clear glass slide, two ziplines, a giant cargo net hammock, two mirror-covered rooms that look like ice caves, a large periscope, and other interesting and dynamic elements.

Albany’s Indoor Rockgym offers school programs, overnight climbing sessions, group events, party options, team-building sessions, and more.

SCOUTS

Scout groups can enjoy the unique climbing facility, as well as climbing instruction, games, and team building activities. Reserve a group event for 3 hours of rock climbing and caving (rentals included). Overnight climbing session are also available and very popular with scout troops.
