Located in historic Annapolis, Maryland, only 45 minutes from Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland, the U.S. Naval Academy’s Armel-Leftwich Visitor Center provides educational tours for students, scouts, and homeschool groups. In the visitor center, groups will find exhibits featuring interactive video screens, touch screen maps, and more, giving an overview of the life of a midshipman during the 4-year Naval Academy program. Tours focus on a variety of topics in American Naval Academy history, such as traditions, war heroes, and naval terminology. After the tour, groups may eat at the Drydock Restaurant in Dahlgren Hall with prior arrangement.
