The Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum preserves for all Americans the stories of courage, character and patriotism displayed by the men and women of the Eighth Air Force from World War II to the present. Exhibits include the Prelude to World War II exhibit that chronicles post-World War I Germany, Mission Experience providing visitors with information of what it was like to fly a bombing mission as a member of an air crew stationed in England during World War II, Combat Gallery that houses original aircraft, and more.
